Dr. Ho is a general practitioner with 10 years of experience in both the Australian and Vietnamese healthcare systems. She has worked in clinics and emergency hospitals in Vietnam before moving to Australia, where she currently practices in a clinic as a general practitioner.
Dr. Ho graduated from Hue University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Vietnam in 2008. She holds several advanced qualifications, including:

- Professional Certificate in Medicine
- Advanced Certificate in Skin Cancer Medicine
- Professional Certificate in Skin Cancer Surgery
- Advanced Professional Certificate in Skin Cancer Surgery

Additionally, she is trained in performing wedge resections and ingrown toenail removals.
